Fill out the form that you received from us and collect all the necessary personal documents. Scan or make photocopies of the documents and attach them on your personal account on our website or send them to us by e-mail info@rttax.com.
Document Processing
Once we receive the documents, we will inform you via email about the tax refund process. You may follow the tax refund process using your online account which will be created for you.
Tax refund
You will be informed by e-mail about the successful tax refund. The service fee and the length of the process of refund depends on the foreign country from which the taxes are refunded.
